Why is Evangelism vital to Salvation?
Question: “What is evangelism and why is it so vital to salvation?”
Evangelism is the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news (Romans 10:15).
And why is evangelism vital to salvation?
But how are they to call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? (Romans 10:9, 14).
Why is salvation important to God?
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). Because He desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4).
What is our part in God’s plan of salvation for the lost?
Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God (2 Corinthians 5:20). …you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth (Acts 1:8). But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). And we likewise are to share God’s love with others.

We are called upon by God to be His representatives to the world, spreading His gospel, that we may demonstrate His love to the lost that they to may be saved.
