Statement of Faith
We believe that the bible is the inspired, flawless, authoritative Word of God. While the Bible was written by humans, it was inspired and directed by the Holy Spirit. We believe that you cannot take the parts of the Bible that you like, but must examine the entire Bible regarding any subject that is being researched. It is the only book in the world that is mathematically proven to be the Word of God. All scripture is God breathed… (2 Timothy 3:16). …the words of the Lord are flawless (Psalm 12:6). We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is God, born of the virgin Mary, but put His Godly power side to become man in order to provide salvation for humanity.
We believe that Jesus lives a perfect sinless life and that all His teachings are true. We believe that Jesus voluntarily died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins that we could never have paid. That after first going to hell to get the keys of death, that He ascended to Heaven in His glorified body and now sits at the right hand of God as our advocate. And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ (1 John 3:23). Click for more info.
The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells believers, regenerates sinners, and is the seal by which the Father guarantees salvation for believers who continue to fallow God. The Holy Spirit enlightens believers hearts and minds as they study the Word of God.
We believe that the Holy Spirit distributes the gifts of the Spirit, and empower saints to function in the gifts at the discretion of the Holy Spirit and the faith of the saints. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you (John 14:16-
We believe that mankind was created by God in the likeness of God. That when Adam and Eve sinned, sin came into the world and we have inherited their sin nature. That all mankind has sinned and that sin separates us from a sinless God. your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you so that he does not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies; your tongue mutters wickedness (Isaiah 59:2-
We believe that salvation is a gift of God that we receive through confessing of our sins, and receiving the payment of Jesus on the cross through faith. Christ died in our place and bore our sins.
We believe that God wants all of us to spend eternity in Heave with Him, but that sin separates many from God, including those who once accepted Jesus, but have since turned their back on God and have again built up a sin wall of separation between themselves and God’s love. People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy (Proverbs 28:13). Click for more information.
We believe that angels are active today at the Lord’s bidding and as His messengers. Click for more info.
We believe that evil demons are busy at the devils command to lead as many as possible away from God.
The devil, also called Satan, and the evil demons are fallen angels who in their pride rebelled against God and where cast out of heaven. In the end times, they will be eternally punished in the lake of fire. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). Coming against demons
We believe that the Lord Jesus has given us His authority and power to come against the devil and his demons. Behold, I give unto you authority to tread … over ALL the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you (Luke 10:19). Click for more information.
We believe in the church’s water baptism by immersion as a testimony to Christ and a joining with Him, with the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance of Jesus death and shed blood, that believers are to be taught to follow and obey the Lord’s commandments, and to testify of God’s love and salvation to others. That evangelism is the primary function of the church and duty of each and every Christian.
We believe in the imminent coming of the Lord Jesus, the rapture of His saints, The return of Jesus Christ, and the millennial kingdom. We believe that all who did not rise during the rapture will rise after the millennial kingdom and receive eternal bodies and stand before the Great White Throne of judgement. The saints to eternal joy and the those who rejected Jesus to eternal punishment in the lake of fire. Click for more information.
