Receiving from God verses
Asking in Prayer
He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you” (Mat. 17:20).
Whatever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you will receive (Mat. 21:22).
“I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for him (Mark 11:23).
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours (Mark 11:24).
I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father (John 14:12).
If you shall ask anything in My name, that will I do (John 14:14).
If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you (John 15:7).
Verily, verily, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give you (John 16:23).
In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God (Phil. 4:6).
And my God will meet ALL your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Phil. 4:19).
Cast all your care upon him; for he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
His divine power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that has called us to glory and virtue (2 Peter 1:3).
And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him (1 John 5:15).
Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4).
Commit your way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass (Psalm 37:5).
Hasten, O God, to save me; come quickly, Lord, to help me (Psalm 70:1).
